NATURAL CIRCULATION THEORY Solar system completely made of glass and equipped with vacuum tube, converts solar energy to heat energy thanks to high absorbation and film covering’s low level of diffusion. It’s not required an additional power supply to work the system. The characteristic of natural circulation of the cold and hot water in the vacuum tubes : heated water goes to hot water tank above because of the fact that the heated water in the vacuum tube’s density decreases. The water in the hot water tank replaces with coming hot water, going down because of the fact that its density is more. So that natural circulation happens and the water in the tank is stored by being heated.
SWHs equipped with developed solar vacuum collector heaters made of completely glass and rustless steel-AIN have more efficiency and lasts longer. (nearly 20 years)
1- Heat tubes’ material is high boron silicone glass used together with absorbing covering consisting of M-AIN cermet covering. So that tubes show resistance to hails and have high heat efficiency.

Evacuated tube collectors are superior to flat plate collectors in a number of ways.
Due to the cylindrical shape of the evacuated tube, the sun is perpendicular to the surface of the glass for most of the day.
Flat plate collectors have the disadvantage that the sun is only perpendicular to the collector at noon and thus a proportion of the sunlight striking the surface of the collector is likely to be reflected.
As the name suggests, air is evacuated from the evacuated tube to form a vacuum. This greatly reduces conductive and convective heat loss from the interior of the tube. As a result wind and cold temperatures have minimal effect on the efficiency of the evacuated tube collector.
Flat plate collectors does not efficient subzero temperature
Sistem Tubular evacuated tube collectors can often be used in subzero temperatures without the system sustaining damage.
Flat plate systems often require expensive and complicated "antifreeze" systems to be installed.
Due to the high efficiency absorption of solar radiation even during overcast conditions, combined with excellent insulative properties of the tube, evacuated tube collectors will heat water all year round (backup required for particularly overcast or rainy weather.)This type collectors can be used four season.
Flat plate systems can not be used four season.Especially in winter efficiently will be bad.
Due to the various advantages of evacuated tube collector over flat plate collectors, a smaller collector can be used to provide the same heating performance. For example, a standard household of 4-5 people would usually require a 150 water storage tank. Depending on your location, only 2 square metres of evacuated tube surface area would be required to efficiently heat this volume of water.
Flate plate solar collector can produce similar heat output to evacauted tube collector, but generally only during warm, still, sunny conditions. When averaged over an entire year, evacuated tube collector heat output per net m2 of collector area, is superior to flat plate
